(Grades PreK-2)  E.B. White’s little mouse with the great big heart visits the Joliet Public Library when we screen a trio of Stuart Little animated adventures based on the beloved book and popular movie series. No registration required but space is limited.

(Grades PreK-K)  Help your little ones minds grow big with the latest video in the “Phonics 4 Babies” series hosted by Mallory Lewis, daughter of Sheri Lewis, creator of Lamb Chop. This video focuses on learning colors and counting numbers! No registration required but space is limited

(Grades PreK-2)  Kids will thrill to the adventures of Hoppity Grasshopper and his friends when they watch this animated classic. The catchy songs and engaging storyline will keep them on the edge of their seats as they wait to find out what happens next to the residents of “Bugville.” No registration required but space is limited.

Library Scavenger Hunt
(All Ages) Kids of all ages can come and explore the exciting possibilities at the library during National Library Week. Solve riddles and follow clues as you discover what a treasure the library is. Stop by Youth Services to pick up your scavenger hunt and bring it back any time during this week to get your prize.

(Grades 4-12) Stop by the library any day this week to grab an internet scavenger hunt and explore the online wilderness. using the library resources. This hunt can be done at the library or at home. Drop your completed worksheet at the Youth Services Desk to claim your prize.

(Grades 2-5)
 You may have read the books, but you have never experienced Magic Tree House like this before! Explore the Magic Tree House books as we take trips in our own imaginations to the places and times that Jack and Annie visited. It will be quite a ride! Registration is required and is limited to 50 children.
