The Library regularly buys multiple copies of all the best sellers and posts the "most read books" list at the Main Library and the Branch each week. Any of these titles may be placed on reserve. The latest in current fiction can be found in the browsing area on the first floor of the Main Building. The latest in current non-fiction is displayed on the second floor of the Main Building. At the Branch, the newest works are near the circulation desk.

NoveList is an online readers' advisory tool that helps readers find new books based on books they've read or topics in which they are interested. It helps find common links between authors, titles, and subjects. Readers enter a title or author they like, or describe a book they would like to read, and NoveList finds books in its database with matching subject headings. Readers can also browse through a variety of genres and sub-genres by using NoveList's Explore Fiction feature. They can also browse lists of award winning books using the "Best Fiction" feature. NoveList provides enhanced subject access to approximately 55,000 FICTION titles, 20,000 of these have either a full-text review or an annotation.
NoveList contains a database of fiction types from the fourth edition of "Genreflecting", series titles from "To Be Continued", and science fiction titles from "Anatomy of Wonder 4". Use NoveList to find titles of interest, then check our collection to find those titles.
